1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using BlueStripe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Virtual Currency (Coins)

BlueStripe is a social platform where users can message, stream live video, play skill-based games, and earn real money through referrals and creator tips. Users can purchase a USD wallet balance via Stripe to participate in tipping, games, and sending gifts to other users.

• Coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
• Coins cannot be transferred between users.
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• UNLOCKED reserves the right to modify coin pricing at any time.

3. Creator Payouts

Creators who earn coins through the platform may request payouts. Payouts are processed via third-party payment services (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) at the platform's discretion. UNLOCKED reserves the right to withhold payouts for accounts that violate these terms.

4. Games & Entertainment

BlueStripe offers skill-based entertainment games (Pong, Rock Paper Scissors, and more) where users can wager their wallet balance against other users. Game winnings are credited back to the user's wallet and can be withdrawn. No purchase is necessary to browse the platform.

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, share, or distribute illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual material, spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable laws. BlueStripe reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice.

6. Refund Policy

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 7 days of the transaction. BlueStripe will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Termination

BlueStripe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Unused coins in terminated accounts will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueStripe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
